Follow Me Call Forwarding
With the Follow-Me Call Forwarding feature of your AdTrakker system, your
callers will have the ability to dial 7 from anywhere in your voice system
to be immediately connected with you. When callers dial 7, they will be
placed on hold with hold music as we locate you by calling the list of numbers
you have provided. You can set up as many follow-me numbers as you would like
on your WebLINK personal Internet control panel. You can even select the
times of day and days of the week for taking calls on a particular number!
- Never miss a call! Being available to your customers can mean the
difference between getting the sale or not.

Call Announce
When your calls are forwarded to you they will be announced. This allows
you to distinguish between business and personal calls. You have the ability
to take the calls or send the callers to voicemail instead, giving you the
power to decide what you spend your time on. There are several ways for
your calls to be announced to you:
- Call Whisper - We will announce your caller’s name to you.
Example- You have a call from John Peters. Dial any key to accept the
call. This will allow you to save time by not talking to “time wasters.”
- Call Announce - We will announce a name of your choice, often
a name that describes the caller. Example: You have a call from “Sales.”
Dial any key to accept the call.
- CLI Announce - We will announce the caller ID of the person
calling. Example- You have a call from 858-888-8888. Dial any key to
accept the call.
One Number for Your Business Card
Now you will have a clean, easy-to-read business card with just one contact
number. All too often, brokers and agents print three, four, or even five numbers on
their cards so they never miss calls. This is often confusing to customers;
they wonder which number to call. What’s worse is that, if you don’t answer
the first number, they often move on to another agent. With follow-me call
forwarding, callers dial one number and the call is forwarded to you on
any list of numbers you choose. You will never be out of touch with your
callers again!

your toll-free number, we recognize the fax tone, and we will deliver that
fax directly to your e-mail address. It is also accessible online. Alternately,
you can have the faxes automatically delivered to a physical fax machine.

for your convenience. Your messages will be tagged with the caller's phone
number, date and time of the call and the extension number your caller dialed.
