Multiple User Administration

The Loud Broker system allows you to easily administer your group's system through your WebLINK personal Internet control panel! You have the ability to manage all of your users' settings, or the individual user has the ability to manage it on their own. Through the MULTI admin tab you can:

Administer New and Current Agents

• Add new agents to the system- $15 per additional user
• View a list of current agents including:
  • Mailbox Assigned
  • Dedicated Fax Number
  • Extensions Assigned
  • Addresses or Descriptions of Extensions
• Edit an agent's:
  • E-mail Delivery Address
  • Follow-Me Forwarding Numbers
  • Call Back and Pager Notification Numbers
• Remove agents
• Re-assign mailboxes

Administer New and Current Unique Advertising Extensions and AdTrakking Extensions

• Add new advertising extensions
  • Assign agents to advertising extensions
  • Add descriptions to advertising extensions (such as listing address)
• Assign multiple users to an advertising extension, and allow them to share the leads
• View all users assigned to an extension
• View faxes and listen to recordings loaded in each advertising extension
• Remove or reassign extensions
